This toolkit was created for WEA's Program Lead Community - those of you in multi-year partnership with WEA - who are measuring the carbon sequestration of trees as one of the Environmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for your program.

All of WEA's Program Lead organizations and community groups have gone through an extensive co-design process during which we have identified the KPIs that we are consistently tracking in order to measure the success of the program, and to help us to drive the change we wish to see in our communities and for the planet.

These lessons and tools are designed both to be used by WEA's regional management teams around the world to train and onboard Program Leads to WEA's Participatory Impact Tracking practices and for Program Leads directly, who may need to refresh their knowledge or train new members of their local teams.
